Yes! Our beginner classes are designed for students who are starting from zero.
If you live in Danbury, CT, classes are in person.
If you’re outside the area, you can join our online community, which includes access to recorded classes (community access has an additional fee).
It depends on your consistency, but most students start seeing progress within a few months.
